Back in the saddle for about 30k to Anna Mae's Bakery & Restaurant (4060 Perth county Line 72, Millbank) for Coffee/Tea/Treats/Lunch.
Last leg, a 25k jaunt back to Elmira.
You don’t need a “gravel bike” a mountain bike will work. You may like to use a hard tail, or lock out your rear suspension, and you may have to work a bit harder than those on “gravel bikes”, but it is totally do-able.
